How to Cancel

Option 1: Contact Us Directly

Option 2: Through Your Account

If you booked with an account, you can view and manage your bookings by logging in and visiting My Bookings.

How to Reschedule

Rescheduling is handled the same way as cancellation — contact us directly and we'll work with you to find a new date.

Important: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to change your date, especially during peak season when availability is limited.

If you reschedule with 48+ hours notice, there is no fee to change your date. If you reschedule within 48 hours, the standard cancellation policy applies to the original booking amount.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • A full credit toward a future rental (valid for the current season)

We make weather cancellation decisions as early as possible — typically the evening before or early morning of your rental — and will contact you immediately.

If you're concerned about weather and want to cancel proactively, our standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend calling us first — we can often give you a better sense of what conditions will actually be like.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cancellations

Can I get a full refund if I cancel the day before?

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental start time, yes — full refund. If you cancel within 24–48 hours, a 50% refund applies.

What if I'm sick or have an emergency?

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible and explain the situation. While we can't guarantee exceptions to our policy, we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

What if I just don't show up?

No-shows are treated as cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — no refund applies. If something prevents you from making your rental, please call us as soon as you know.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Stripe (our payment processor) typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days after we initiate them.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes, with advance notice. Contact us with the new guest's name, contact information, and PCOC details, and we'll update the booking.
